Returns and Exchanges

When you shop at Lammers Glass, you are getting the best quality products, and the reassurance that every transaction will be handled with care from start to finish and shipped in a timely & efficient manner.  We want you to be totally satisfied with your shopping experience!  We will do everything possible to keep it simple for you.  However if a problem should arise, or you should need to return your order for some reason, we will be glad to assist you with either.  Below is a list of guidelines and options for returns or refunds.  If there are any other questions, you may contact us via the contact page, or by calling at 1-252-491-2303.

Non-returnable items:
All food items, such as oils, vinegars, mustards, and preserves etc.  All clearance and sale items.  Special orders, unless given authorization.  All Swarovski
prisms.  If you receive any of the above products and believe it to be damaged or defective please call our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product.

If you are unsatisfied with your product:
Please e-mail or call our customer service  within 7 days from the date you received the product(s).  Remember that all handmade items will vary slightly due to the handmade process, i.e. stained glass and blown glass, etc.  All of our products are represented to the best of our ability.  If the product is still in re-sellable condition we will gladly credit you the purchase price amount less a 10% restocking fee upon receiving the returned item.  Unfortunately we cannot issue a refund on shipping charges.

Broken or damaged items:
We know that things happen and some are uncontrollable, which is why take the extra steps to help alleviate most unnecessary problems.  All items are inspected prior to packaging and shipping.  We suggest that all customers also inspect the items before taking delivery.  If products appear to be damaged in shipment, do not accept delivery; if your order is delivered without signature and damage is found, please call our customer service immediately or within 7 days of delivery.  Lammers Glass works diligently to insure that our customers receive their orders undamaged, and if there is damage we will be happy to assist you in filing a claim, however our  responsibility for damage ends when the carrier accepts the package.  Therefore, it is very important to get the claim filed so that you can later be reimbursed by the carrier.

How to return products:
To return products please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-252-491-2303 10am-6pm EST Monday thru Friday for a return authorization number and specific instructions.  We cannot issue a refund without a “Return Authorization Number”.  Once you have the number please include your name, order number, and return authorization number in the package.  Please make sure that it is postmarked within 15 days of receipt of original shipment.  We recommend using a shipping method with a tracking number so the package is traceable.  If we do not receive the package we cannot issue a refund or replacement.  Please allow 7-10 business days for return processing

Refunds:
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund with an authorization number receipt, once we have received and processed your returned item. 

 

Your refund (excluding shipping costs and less applicable restocking fee) will be in form of payment originally used within 7 business days.

ALL RETURNS MUST INCLUDE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER, so be sure to call us before returning any items. Thank you.
